How to Stay Connected With Your Team
GameChanger is the primary tool we use to share schedules, locations, updates, and team communication. Checking it regularly helps practices run smoothly and keeps everyone on the same page.
Why We Use GameChanger
GameChanger gives families one reliable place for everything team-related.
We use it to share:
- Practice and game schedules
- Field locations and directions
- Arrival times and reminders
- Notes from coaches (parking, snacks, uniforms, etc.)
- RSVP tracking for attendance
Using one platform avoids missed emails, last-minute texts, and confusion on game day.

Notifications: What to Turn On
To avoid missing updates:
- Enable push notifications
- Allow schedule change alerts
- Turn on message notifications
This ensures you’ll see last-minute changes due to weather, field availability, or timing adjustments.

Best Practices for Parents
- Check GameChanger before heading to the field
- RSVP as early as possible
- Read event notes every time (they change!)
- Make sure at least one adult per family has the app installed
When everyone uses GameChanger consistently, practices start on time and game days run smoothly.

Adding Family and Friends

To add family or friends:
1. Open the GameChanger app
2. Select your child’s team
3. Go to Team Settings or Roster
4. Invite them by email
This way everyone sees the same schedule and updates.

How to Download GameChanger

GameChanger is free and available on all devices.
1. Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
2. Search for GameChanger
3. Download and open the app
4. Create an account using the same email you used for registration

Once logged in, your child’s team should appear automatically.

How to RSVP for Events

RSVPs are important. Coaches use them to plan practices, adjust drills, and know who to expect.
To RSVP:
1. Open the event (practice or game)
2. Tap **Going**, **Not Going**, or **Maybe**
3. Update your response if plans change
Pro tip
Take 5 minutes once a month and RSVP to all upcoming events.
It’s one less thing to think about later.

Finding Field Notes and Important Details

Coaches often include critical information inside each event.
To find notes:
1. Tap on the practice or game in GameChanger
2. Scroll down to the Notes section

This is where you’ll find:
- Field names or specific field numbers
- Parking instructions
- Arrival times
- Snack schedules
- Uniform or color reminders

If you’re ever unsure where to go, check the event notes first.
