GameChanger is our team hub for schedules, locations, updates, RSVP tracking, and communication throughout the season.

How to Stay Connected With Your Team

GameChanger is the primary tool we use to share schedules, locations, updates, and team communication. Checking it regularly helps practices run smoothly and keeps everyone on the same page.

GameChanger Cliff Notes

Use the Registration Email

Download the app and log in with the same email used for registration.

Check Before You Go

Check GameChanger before every practice and game for location notes or changes.

RSVP Early

RSVP to events so coaches know who is coming and can plan accordingly.

Read Event Notes

Click into each event to read field notes, arrival times, uniforms, snacks, and parking details.

Invite Family

Invite family members or caregivers so everyone sees the same schedule and updates.

Turn On Notifications

Turn on notifications for schedule changes, messages, and reminders.

How to Download GameChanger

GameChanger is free and available on iPhone and Android devices.

Step 1

Go to the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.

Step 2

Search for GameChanger.

Step 3

Download and open the app.

Step 4

Create an account using the same email you used for registration.

After You Log In

Once logged in, your child’s team should appear automatically if you are using the same email connected to registration.

Notifications: What to Turn On

To avoid missing updates, make sure notifications are turned on. This helps you see last-minute changes due to weather, field availability, or timing adjustments.

Push Notifications

Enable push notifications on your phone.

Schedule Change Alerts

Allow alerts for changes to practices, games, and locations.

Message Notifications

Turn on message notifications so coach updates do not get missed.

How to RSVP for Events

RSVPs are important. Coaches use them to plan practices, adjust drills, and know who to expect.

Step 1

Open the practice or game event.

Step 2

Tap Going, Not Going, or Maybe.

Step 3

Update your response if plans change.

Parent Tip

Take five minutes once a month and RSVP to all upcoming events. It is one less thing to think about later.

Finding Field Notes and Important Details

Coaches often include critical information inside each event. If you are ever unsure where to go, check the event notes first.

Step 1

Tap on the practice or game in GameChanger.

Step 2

Scroll down to the Notes section.

Notes May Include:

Field names or specific field numbers
Parking instructions
Arrival times
Snack schedules
Uniform or color reminders
Last-minute coach updates

Adding Family and Friends

You can invite grandparents, babysitters, or anyone else who helps with drop-offs or cheering from the sidelines. This way, everyone sees the same schedule and updates.

Step 1

Open the GameChanger app.

Step 2

Select your child’s team.

Step 3

Go to Team.

Step 4

Select your child.

Step 5

Go to followeers.

Step 6

Use the add family member or friend to invite them by email.

Best Practices for Parents

Check Before Leaving

Check GameChanger before heading to the field.

RSVP Early

RSVP as early as possible so coaches can plan.

Read Every Event

Read event notes every time because they can change.

One Adult Minimum

Make sure at least one adult per family has the app installed.

When everyone uses GameChanger consistently, practices start on time and game days run more smoothly.

Questions or Issues?

If something looks incorrect, double-check that you are logged into the correct email, refresh the app, and reach out to your coach or team manager.
