Vendor Opportunity

AYSO Mira Mesa is currently accepting vendors for the 2027 Top Gun Tournament. We expect hundreds of players, families, and spectators across the weekend, providing strong opportunities for sales, visibility, and local brand exposure.

Key Vendor Details

• Booth fee: $300 for the weekend
• Fee is payable to AYSO Mira Mesa within 48 hours of acceptance
• No electricity or power provided
• Outdoor grass field setup or parking lot space for food trucks
• Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, equipment, supplies, and full setup
• No duplicate or overlapping vendors is the goal, but exclusivity is not guaranteed

Snack Bar Restriction

AYSO Mira Mesa will operate a snack bar selling packaged snacks and drinks. Vendors may not sell these or similar packaged snack/drink items.

Snack bar items may include:

• Packaged goods such as chips, bars, cookies, muffins, candy, and similar snacks
• Drinks such as bottled water, soda, sports drinks, and similar beverages

Food Vendor Requirements

If you are selling any non-commercially packaged food, you must:

• Have a valid Food Handler Certificate
• Comply with all health permit requirements, including TFFP if applicable
• Follow all local regulations
• Provide your own equipment and safe setup

Approved Vendors Receive

• 10’ x 10’ activation space
• Access to high-traffic tournament areas
• Exposure to hundreds of players and families
• Potential inclusion in event communications, website, and/or social media

Payment Before Event

Once accepted, vendors must submit the $300 booth fee within 48 hours to secure their space.
