We understand that plans sometimes change. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering your child.
Refund Deadline: Registration fees are fully refundable until the regular registration deadline ONLY, which for the Spring 2026 season is January 16, 2026 and for Fall 2026, it is June 16th, 2026. Per AYSO rules, the National Player Fee (AYSO Membership Fee) of $25 is NOT refundable at all.
No Refunds After Registration Closes: After the registration deadline, no refunds will be issued. At this point, teams are formed and uniform kits are ordered. Your child’s registration fills a roster spot and impacts the team’s ability to participate in the season.
Team Commitment: When you register, you are committing to the full season. Coaches and teammates rely on each player to show up and participate, and we appreciate your understanding of this commitment.
To request a refund or withdraw past the refund date, please fill out the refund request form. Please do not request a refund if it is past  June 15th for the Fall and January 16th for the Spring. You can request to withdraw at any time. 

We don’t want cost to keep any child from playing soccer. If you need help covering the registration fee, please reach out:

• Payment Plans: If it helps, we can split your registration into two payments. Please fill out this form after adding the registration to your cart, so we can help set that up.

• Fee Waivers: For families with financial hardship, we offer a limited number of income-based fee waivers each season. To request one, please fill out our Financial Assistance Request Form. 

  • If the form is no longer active, it means all available waivers have been awarded for the season.
