Before Picture Day:

You must fill out this form before attending the event, even if you're not purchasing anything additional.

After picture day:

Ensure all orders and upgrades are placed promptly
Make up is on September 27, 2025. There is NO additional make ups beyond that.
Photos will be distributed by your coach by November 8th, 2025.

Picture Day Checklist

Arrive early: Be at the field 10–15 minutes before your scheduled photo time. Ensure this form is filled out.
Bring your banner: If you want it in the team photo, don’t forget to bring it. You can use a stand or have coaches hold it up.
Staging Area:
- Region volunteers will direct your team to the Staging Area when you arrive.
- Coaches should leave the team there and check in at the photographer’s tent.
Photo Area access: Only players, coaches, and team managers who are in the photo are allowed in the photo area.
After photos: Once your individual and team shots are done, please exit the field promptly to help us stay on schedule.
